Customer engagement is all about how customers respond to your brand. When customers think of of your brand, are they immediately drawn to a specific product or service that you provide? In today's rapid technology world, innovation is difficult. It's not always about creating or providing something unique to the market...you just need to present it and support it better than the other guys.
Customer service IS the differentiator , people. We are not just talking about how you handle a client issue after a sale or when you promise them the world before the deal, it's all the pieces in between. It's the experience a client has with you that keeps them coming back.
You know you're doing a great job engaging with your clients when they come to you with their business problems and trust you to come up with the technology solution as opposed to the other way around.
